Creamed honey has been crystallized to a controlled crystal size that naturally form in honey. The result is a smooth, sumptuous texture that is perfect as a spread while preserving the goodness of raw honey. It can be enjoyed as a sweetener in drinks or baked goods, the thick honey makes it ideal for spreading on toast, pastries or cake.

This honey is raw, non-irradiated, non pasteurised, not blended, unprocessed, and free from additives in order to preserve natural vitamins, enzymes, and nutrients. Has a naturally sweet taste with no processed sugars added.

Beelal source their raw honey only from sustainable hives, farmed with organic methods. The bees are never given antibiotics and aren't fed sugar or syrup in the winter months. This results in the finest possible quality of raw honey in its purest form, just the way it should be.

Selected from the finest fields of the Western Cape floral sanctuaries, this honey is pure. The nectar for the pure and raw honey is from the blossom of the Fynbos, foraged by bees in areas located in the Cape Floral regions in the Western Cape.

Please Note: Because this honey is truly raw and has not gone through filtering processes, it contains small pieces of honeycomb, propolis, and pollen. These pieces are harmless, healthy by-products of the beehive and are safe for consumption. It is free from additives in order to preserve natural vitamins, enzymes, and nutrients.

Beelal Honey participated at the prestigious London International Honey Awards and won the highest achievement: Platinum which is reserved for honey that scores from 95.5 to 100 out of a maximum possible score of 100. This is the only South African honey company to ever win platinum.
